Fleet electrification for a regional delivery company

We operate forty light commercial vans for parcel delivery in a medium-sized city. Our customers increasingly ask about emissions, and fuel costs are volatile. Replacing the fleet with electric vans is tempting but the investment is substantial.

A pilot with five electric vans showed that range is sufficient for most routes, but charging at our depot requires a grid upgrade. Drivers needed training to drive efficiently and plan charging.
